Section 9-10B-24 Alabama Water Resources Council established; composition of members; advisory
capacity. There is hereby established the Alabama Water Resources Council. The Water Resources
Council shall act in an advisory capacity to the Office of Water Resources and shall be comprised

meanings: (1) FERROUS METALS. Any metals containing significant quantities of iron or steel,

Section 11-32-2 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall
mean the following unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AD VALOREM TAX. Those
real and personal property ad valorem taxes collected by the county tax collector, the director
