Section 22-3A-19 Certain public health facilities as primary obligation of authority; reimbursement to counties; refinancing or refunding of obligations. The State of Alabama hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Interstate Insurance Product Regulation Compact: ARTICLE I. PURPOSES.
