Section 30-3D-705 Direct request. (a) A petitioner may file a direct request seeking establishment or modification of a support order or determination of parentage of a child. In the proceeding, the law of this state applies. (b) A petitioner may file a direct request seeking recognition and enforcement of a support order or support agreement. In the proceeding, Sections 30-3D-706 through 30-3D-713 apply. (a)(1) The Madison County Board of Health shall designate the environmental services rendered by the county health department for which fees may be charged and shall set the fee to be charged for each service.
