Section 45-37-249.10 Jefferson County Community Service Committee; Jefferson County Community Service Fund. (a) There is hereby created the Jefferson County Community Service Committee. In order to protect children whose health and welfare may be adversely affected through abuse and neglect, the Legislature hereby provides for the reporting of such cases to the appropriate authorities.
