Section 38-3-25 Reimbursement for expenses. The members of the Alabama Senior Citizens Hall of Fame shall receive no compensation for their services other than reimbursement for traveling and other expenses actually incurred in the performance of their official duties. Such expenses shall be paid in the manner and amount as is provided for other state officers and employees and persons traveling on official business for the state or any of its departments, institutions, boards, bureaus, commissions, councils, committees, or other like agencies. Such expenses shall be paid out of any funds appropriated to the Department of Senior Services and processed in the manner provided by law.
