Section 38-3-24 Meetings; rules and regulations. The Alabama Senior Citizens Hall of Fame shall
meet at least once annually to award new memberships and it may hold other meetings as it
feels necessary to carry out its purpose. The time and place of meetings shall be designated
by the members. Three members in attendance at any meeting shall constitute a quorum for conducting
business. The hall of fame may make rules and regulations necessary to carry out its purposes
and functions as prescribed in this article. The Department of Senior Services shall fund
any costs associated with meetings held by the Alabama Senior Citizens Hall of Fame. (Acts

the Alabama Surface Mining Reclamation Commission under the name of the Alabama Surface Mining
