Section 10A-1-1.03 Definitions. As used in this title, unless the context otherwise
requires, the following terms mean: (1) AFFILIATE. A person who controls, is controlled by,
or is under common control with another person. An affiliate of an individual includes the
spouse, or a parent or sibling thereof, of the individual, or a child, grandchild, sibling,
parent, or spouse of any thereof, of the individual, or an individual having the same home
as the individual, or a trust or estate of which an individual specified in this sentence
is a substantial beneficiary; a trust, estate, incompetent, conservatee, protected person,
or minor of which the individual is a fiduciary; or an entity of which the individual is director,
general partner, agent, employee or the governing authority or member of the governing authority.

Section 13A-6-40 Definitions. The following definitions apply in this article: (1) RESTRAIN.
To intentionally or knowingly restrict a person's movements unlawfully and without consent,
so as to interfere substantially with his liberty by moving him from one place to another,
or by confining him either in the place where the restriction commences or in a place to which
he has been moved. Restraint is "without consent" if it is accomplished by: a. Physical
force, intimidation or deception, or b. Any means, including acquiescence of the victim, if
he is a child less than 16 years old or an incompetent person and the parent, guardian or
other person or institution having lawful control or custody of him has not acquiesced in
the movement or confinement. (2) ABDUCT. To restrain a person with intent to prevent his liberation

Section 15-23-100 Definitions. As used in this article, the following words shall have
the following meanings: (1) ALLEGED VICTIM. A person or persons to whom transmission of body
fluids from the perpetrator of the crime occurred or was likely to have occurred in the course
of the alleged crime. (2) PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF THE ALLEGED VICTIM. A parent or legal guardian
of an alleged victim who is a minor or incapacitated person. (3) POSITIVE REACTION. A positive
test with a positive confirmatory test result as specified by the Department of Public Health.

Section 32-5A-283 Unlawful for person to use bicycle under certain conditions. It is
unlawful for any person to use a bicycle on a public roadway, public bicycle path, other public
rights-of-way, state, city, or county public park under any one of the following conditions:
(1) For any person under the age of 16 years to operate or be a passenger on a bicycle unless
at all times the person wears a protective bicycle helmet of good fit, fastened securely upon
the head with the straps of the helmet. (2) For any person to operate a bicycle with a passenger
