Section 7-9A-503 Name of debtor and secured party. (a) Sufficiency of debtor's name. A financing
statement sufficiently provides the name of the debtor: (1) except as otherwise provided in
paragraph (3), if the debtor is a registered organization or the collateral is held in a trust
that is a registered organization, only if the financing statement provides the name that
is stated to be the registered organization's name on the public organic record most recently
filed with or issued or enacted by the registered organization's jurisdiction of organization
which purports to state, amend, or restate the registered organization's name; (2) subject
to subsection (f), if the collateral is being administered by the personal representative

Section 11-51-91 Licenses for business, etc., conducted outside corporate limits of municipality.
(a) Any municipality may adopt an ordinance to fix and collect licenses for any business,
trade, or profession done within the police jurisdiction of the municipality but outside the
corporate limits thereof; provided, that the amount of the licenses shall not be more than
one half the amount charged and collected as a license for like business, trade, or profession
done within the corporate limits of the municipality, fees and penalties excluded; and provided
further, that the total amount of the licenses shall not be in an amount greater than the

Section 15-20A-4 Definitions. For purposes of this chapter, the following words shall have

Section 16-1-24.3 Local boards of education to implement policies requiring expulsion of students
who possess firearms in school areas. (a) All city and county boards of education shall develop
and implement local policies and procedures requiring the expulsion of students, for a period
of one year, who are determined to have brought to school or have in their possession a firearm
in a school building, on school grounds, on school buses, or at other school-sponsored functions.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, city and county boards of education and the local superintendent
of education of each board may modify the expulsion requirement for a student on a case-by-case
basis. Students who are expelled for violation of this section shall not be allowed to attend

(a) The Department of Human Resources shall issue to all eligible recipients a special color
picture medicaid identification card, which shall be separate from and entirely distinct from
the valid color picture driver license or non-driver identification card. The Medicaid identification

to an assuming insurer that is certified by the commissioner as a reinsurer in this state
