Section 31-5-7 State Service Commissioner - Duties generally; compensation. (a) The State Service Commissioner shall submit to the State Board of Veterans' Affairs for its approval an annual budget of all funds appropriated by the Legislature to the department for the specific purposes for which they are appropriated, and also a budget of any federal funds which may be allotted to the state by the federal government for the purposes of the department according to the regulations of the federal authorities. He shall publish annually a full report of the operations and administration of the department, together with recommendations and suggestions, and submit such report to the state board. Section 26-10A-31 Confidentiality of records, hearing; parties. (a) After the petition is filed and prior to the entry of the final decree, the records in adoption proceedings shall be open to inspection only by the petitioner or his or her attorney, the investigator appointed under Section 26-10A-19, any attorney appointed for the adoptee under Section 26-10A-22, and any attorney retained by or appointed to represent the adoptee. Section 27-36A-4 Actuarial opinion of reserves. (a) Actuarial opinion prior to the operative date of the valuation manual as defined by Section 27-36A-15. (1) GENERAL.
