Section 37-9-13 Interstate rates, services, etc. The commission shall have authority to investigate all interstate rates, fares, charges, classifications and services, or rules or practices in relation thereto, for or in relation to the interstate transportation of property or passengers by aircraft, where any act in relation thereto shall take place within, or affect the commerce of, the state.
