Section 33-19-1 Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact. The State of Alabama hereby agrees to the following interstate compact known as the Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact: Apalachicola-Chattahoochee-Flint River Basin Compact The States of Alabama, Florida and Georgia and the United States of America hereby agree to the following compact which shall become effective upon enactment of concurrent legislation by each respective state legislature and the Congress of the United States. Section 34-14C-4 Licensure; inspections. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a home medical equipment services provider shall be licensed annually by the board before the provider may engage in the provision of home medical equipment services. In Alabama, when a single business entity provides home medical equipment services from more than one location within the state, each such location shall be licensed. A provider of home medical equipment services that has a principal place of business outside this state shall maintain at least one physical location within this state, each of which shall be licensed.
