Section 13A-8-150 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following definitions
shall apply: (1) MANUFACTURE OF AN UNLAWFUL TELECOMMUNICATION DEVICE. The production or assembly
of an unlawful telecommunication device or the modification, alteration, programming, or reprogramming
of a telecommunication device to be capable of acquiring or facilitating the acquisition of
telecommunication service without the consent of the telecommunication service provider. (2)

Section 10A-21-2.09 Rights of condemning corporations in selection of routes and sites. Railroads,
street railroads, mining, manufacturing, power, quarrying, telegraph, telephone, pipeline,
and other corporations having rights and powers to condemn: (1) May cause such examinations

Section 37-4-103 Hearing upon application for certificate; notice; issuance of certificate;
factors considered in determining whether to issue certificate. (a) Upon the filing of an
application for such certificate, the commission shall fix the time and place for a hearing
thereon and shall cause notice thereof to be given to such parties in interest as the commission
may deem necessary. In the event the applicant proposes to interconnect its radio utility
