Section 40-2A-7 Uniform revenue procedures. (a) Maintenance of records; audit and subpoena
authority; authority to issue regulations. (1) In addition to all other recordkeeping requirements
otherwise set out in this title, taxpayers shall keep and maintain an accurate and complete
set of records, books, and other information sufficient to allow the department to determine
the correct amount of value or correct amount of any tax, license, permit, or fee administered
by the department, or other records or information as may be necessary for the proper administration
of any matters under the jurisdiction of the department. The books, records, and other information

Section 23-6-8 Bonds of corporation; annual appropriation from state Public Road and Bridge
Fund. (a) The bonds of the corporation shall be signed by its president and attested by its
secretary and the seal of the corporation shall be affixed thereto or a facsimile thereof

Section 40-21-33 Duties of receivers, assignees or trustees in bankruptcy. If the property
of any person, association, company, or corporation shall be in the hands of any receiver,
assignee, trustee in bankruptcy or other person holding under any court, or for the benefit

Section 13A-7-29 Criminal littering. (a) A person commits the crime of criminal littering if
he or she engages in any of the following acts: (1) Knowingly deposits in any manner litter
on any public or private property or in any public or private waters without permission to
do so. For purposes of this subdivision, any series of items found in the garbage, trash,
or other discarded material including, but not limited to, bank statements, utility bills,
bank card bills, and other financial documents, clearly bearing the name of a person shall
constitute a rebuttable presumption that the person whose name appears on the material knowingly
deposited the litter. Advertising, marketing, and campaign materials and literature shall
not be sufficient to constitute a rebuttable presumption of criminal littering under this

Section 28-4-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases shall
have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) BREWER. Every person, firm, association or corporation that manufactures fermented liquors

Section 10A-17-1.10 Disposition of personal property of inactive or dissolved nonprofit association.
If a nonprofit association has been inactive for five years or longer, or has been dissolved,
a person in possession or control of personal property of the nonprofit association may transfer
the property: (1) If a document of a nonprofit association specifies a person to whom transfer
