Section 45-49-110.02 Meeting dates and locations for voter registration and voter reidentification;
transportation and expense allowances for board members. (a)(1) The Mobile County Board of
Registrars shall be available each year, between August 1 and July 31, at the county courthouse,
or at other locations, as provided by law, for the purpose of voter registration and voter
reidentification. The board members shall be available at the above mentioned areas during
the hours between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on regular business days or on such other days and
at other hours as the board may deem necessary. (2)a. The county may provide transportation
for the members of the board of registrars to and from places where any registration is being

Section 41-9-270 LaGrange Historical Commission. (a) A board of trustees, to be known as LaGrange
Historical Commission, is hereby authorized to be appointed by the Governor for the purpose
of acquiring, maintaining and protecting certain properties and objects of historical interest
at LaGrange, in Colbert County, the site of the first chartered college in Alabama. Said board

Section 15-23-4 Alabama Crime Victims Compensation Commission - Created; composition; meetings;
rules and regulations; bond; compensation. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama Crime Victims
Compensation Commission, which shall be composed of three citizens of the State of Alabama,
who shall be appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate, for terms

shall perform all duties relative to the assessment and collection of taxes on motor vehicles,
