Section 37-4-117 Treatment of utility as part of general system. For all the purposes of this
article, the commission may, in its discretion, deem and treat any radio utility, the property
of which is operated in connection with or as a part of a general system of any other radio
utility and all of the capital stock of which or substantially all of the capital stock of
which is owned or controlled by such other radio utility, or by any person or persons who
own or control all of the capital stock or substantially all of the capital stock of such

Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby approved,
adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article I. Purposes.

Section 27-3-11 Deposit requirements - Generally. (a) The commissioner shall not issue or permit
to exist a certificate of authority as to any insurer, other than an alien insurer, unless
it has deposited and maintains deposited in trust with the Treasurer of this state cash or
securities eligible under Section 27-6-3 and having a value at all times of not less than
