Section 11-50-269 Appeal from order of commission. Any party shall have the right to appeal
from the order of the Public Service Commission, such appeal to be governed by existing provisions
of law relating to appeals from final orders of the commission; except, that such appeal shall
be taken to the circuit court of the judicial circuit containing the greater portion by value
of the property to be acquired, and such appeal shall be taken within 10 days from the filing
of the order of the commission. The order of the commission shall specify the judicial circuit
in which the greater portion of the property by value is located, and such specification shall
be conclusive for fixing the venue of an appeal. On any such appeal, if the court shall determine
that any condition imposed by the order of the commission is unreasonable or that the commission
has erred in determining the just compensation to be paid, the court shall proceed to enter

Section 12-12-70 Right of appeal and procedure for appeals generally; dismissal for failure
to appear. (a) Civil cases. Any party may appeal from a final judgment of the district court

the jurisdiction, power or authority, conferred upon the commission by this chapter, an appeal

Section 12-11-41.1 Transfer to circuit court; remand to probate court. (a) In any county where
the judge of probate is required to be learned in the law, the administration of any estate
may be removed from the probate court to the circuit court pursuant to Section 12-11-41 at
any time before a proceeding for final settlement thereof is commenced in probate court by
any heir, devisee, legatee, distributee, executor, administrator, or administrator with the

Section 45-2-261.13 Appeals from final decision of board of adjustment. (a) Any party aggrieved
by a final judgment or decision of a board of adjustment, except a decision on the approval

Section 8-6-32 Party aggrieved by order entitled to hearing before commission; appeals from
action of commission. (a) Any person aggrieved by an order issued under this article shall
be entitled to a hearing pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Administrative Procedure
