Section 29-2A-2 Composition; terms; vacancies; meetings; rulemaking authority. (a) The commission
shall be composed of the following members: (1) Three members of the House of Representatives
appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, one of whom shall be a member of
the minority party. (2) Three members of the Senate appointed by the President Pro Tempore
of the Senate, one of whom shall be a member of the minority party. (3) Six members appointed
by the Governor. (4) The Director of Finance, or his or her designee, who shall serve as a
nonvoting member. (5) The Deputy Director of the Legislative Services Agency Fiscal Division,

Section 45-12-240.40 Motor vehicle licensing. (a) The Revenue Commissioner of Choctaw County
shall perform all duties relative to the assessment and collection of taxes on motor vehicles,
motor vehicle titles, and nonmotorized vehicles in Choctaw County which the judge of probate
is required under the law to perform. The judge of probate shall be relieved of all duties
and responsibilities relative to the assessment and collection of taxes on motor vehicles,

Section 45-39-40.21 Barbers commission. (a) There is hereby created a barbers commission for
the county to which his article applies. The Governor shall appoint three persons, each of
whom immediately prior to the date of his or her appointment has been a resident of the county
for three years, and who has had at least five years' experience as a barber, one member to
be appointed for a term of one year, one member to be appointed for a term of two years, and
