Section 22-35-3 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section: (1) ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANK. Any one or combination of stationary tanks affixed permanently to the ground or other support structure (including pipes connected thereto) used to contain an accumulation of motor fuels, the volume of which (including pipes connected thereto) is greater than 90 percent above the surface of the ground. The terms "Underground Storage Tank" and "Aboveground Storage Tank" do not include any: a. Farm or residential tank of 1,100 gallons or less capacity used for storing motor fuel for noncommercial purposes; b. Tank used for storing heating oil for consumptive use on the premises where stored; c. Septic tank; d. Pipeline facility (including gathering lines) regulated under: 1. Section 25-12-14 Certificate inspection. (a) The secretary, the chief inspector, or any deputy inspector shall have free access, during reasonable hours, to any premises in the state where a boiler or pressure vessel is being constructed for use in, or is being installed in, this state for the purpose of ascertaining whether the boiler or pressure vessel is being constructed and installed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. Section 34-9-6.1 Mobile dental facilities or portable dental operations. (a) For purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) DENTAL HOME. The dental home is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient, inclusive of all aspects of oral health care, delivered in a comprehensive, continuously accessible, coordinated, and family-centered way. (2) MOBILE DENTAL FACILITY. Any self-contained facility in which dentistry or dental hygiene is practiced which may be moved, towed, or transported from one location to another. (3) OPERATOR. Section 45-23A-22 Television cable system. (a) The provisions of this section shall apply only to the City of Daleville in Dale County. (b) The municipal corporation of the City of Daleville in Dale County shall have the right to establish, purchase, construct, maintain, and operate a television cable system and to furnish television cable service to their residents and residents of surrounding territory. (c) The municipal corporation is authorized to construct, lease, purchase, or otherwise acquire television lines or cables for the furnishing of television service from any point in this state or any other state to the municipal corporation and surrounding territory.
