Section 11-59-8 Powers of corporations generally. Section 32-7C-1 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) DIGITAL NETWORK. Any online-enabled application, software, website, or system offered or utilized by a TNC that enables the prearrangement of a ride with a TNC driver. (2) PERSONAL VEHICLE.
