Section 37-3-20 Tariffs of common carriers. (a) Every common carrier by motor vehicle
shall file with the commission and keep open to the public inspection tariffs showing all
the rates, fares and charges for transportation and all services in connection therewith of
passengers or property in intrastate commerce in the State of Alabama between points on its
own route and between points on its own route and points on the route of any other such carrier,
or on the route of any common carrier by railroad or express, or water, when a through route
and route and joint rate shall have been established. Such rates, fares and charges shall
be stated in terms of lawful money of the United States. The tariffs required by this section
shall be published, filed and posted in such form and manner and shall contain such information

Section 45-45-232.02 Forfeiture of weapons. (a) Any device which is used as a weapon
in the commission of a crime against any person or any device which is used as a weapon in
any attempt to commit any crime against any person, and any weapon or device possessed during
any violation of the laws concerning controlled substances, and any weapon or device found
on or about the person of any juvenile regardless of whether or not they are charged or convicted

Section 8-20-11 Remedies. Notwithstanding the terms, provisions, or conditions of any
dealer agreement or franchise or the terms or provisions of any waiver, and notwithstanding
any other legal remedies available, any person who is injured in his business or property
by a violation of this chapter by the commission of any unfair and deceptive trade practices,
or because he refuses to accede to a proposal for an arrangement which, if consummated, would

Section 8-33-11 Enforcement provisions. (a) The commissioner may conduct examinations
of warrantors, administrators, or other persons to enforce this chapter and protect warranty
holders in this state. Upon request of the commissioner, a warrantor shall make available
to the commissioner all accounts, books, and records concerning vehicle protection products
sold by the warrantor that are necessary to enable the commissioner to reasonably determine
compliance or noncompliance with this chapter. (b) The commissioner may take action that is

Section 28-4-116 Conduct of business of delivering, transporting, storing or warehousing
prohibited liquors and beverages by transfer, warehouse, etc., companies; forfeiture of charter
of corporations violating provisions of section. No transfer company, traffic company,
transportation company, warehouse company or other like corporation chartered under or by
the laws of Alabama shall have any right or power to engage in or carry on the business of
delivering, transporting, storing or warehousing any prohibited liquors and beverages except

Section 32-6-19 Penalties - Violation by person whose license or driving privilege has
been cancelled, etc.; impoundment of vehicle. (a)(1) Any person whose driver's or chauffeur's
license issued in this or another state or whose driving privilege as a nonresident has been
cancelled, denied, suspended, or revoked as provided in this article and who drives any motor
vehicle upon the highways of this state while his or her license or privilege is cancelled,
denied, suspended, or revoked shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be
punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100) nor more than five hundred
dollars ($500), and in addition thereto may be imprisoned for not more than 180 days. In addition
