for purposes for which bonds authorized; excess proceeds. All moneys derived from the sale
of any revenue bonds issued under the provision of this article shall be used solely for the

Section 27-29-5 Transactions of insurers with affiliates; adequacy of surplus; dividends and
other distributions. (a) Transactions within an insurance holding company system to which
an insurer subject to registration is a party shall be subject to all of the following standards:

the sale of state highway bonds and the revenue appropriated to the State Department of Transportation,

any transportation company in this state to be delivered to any consignee within this state,
and a portion of the same shall not have been received at the place of destination, it shall

Section 37-2-42 Refund of excessive charges upon submission of expense bill or receipt. Any
person, firm or corporation may submit to the commission, by mail or in person, any transportation
company expense bill or receipt, showing charges paid for transportation of any property by
freight or express for the purpose of having the same examined with respect to the correctness
of weights, rates, and charges indicated thereon. Upon receipt of any such expense bill or
receipt, the commission shall make such examination as is necessary, and if it shall be found
that any such weights, rates or charges are incorrect, the commission shall order the transportation
