Section 11-81-241 Definitions. For the purposes of this article, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) COSTS OF A QUALIFIED PROJECT. All costs including, but not limited to, the following: a. All costs of acquisition, by purchase or otherwise, construction, assembly, installation, modification, renovation, or rehabilitation incurred in connection with any qualified project or any part of any qualified project. b. All costs of real property, fixtures, or personal property used in or in connection with or necessary for any qualified project or for any facilities related thereto, including, but not limited to, the following: 1. The cost of all land, estates for years, easements, rights, improvements, water rights, connections for utility services, fees, franchises, permits, approvals, licenses, and certificates. 2. Section 45-5-242 Levy of gasoline tax; use of proceeds. (a) The following words, when used in this section shall have the meaning ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly indicates a different meaning: (1) "Gasoline" means any type of gasoline, naptha, or other liquid motor fuel, or any device or substitute therefor, commonly used in internal combustion engines. require the employee to submit to a substance abuse test as a follow-up to the program. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if an employee voluntarily entered the program, follow-up testing shall not be required. If follow-up testing is conducted, the frequency of the testing shall be at least once a year for a two-year period after completion of the program and advance notice of the testing date shall not be given to the employee. (5) If the employee has caused or contributed to an on-the-job injury which resulted in a loss of work time, the employer shall require the employee to submit to a substance abuse test. Section 27-1-17 Limitation periods for payment of claims; overdue claims; retroactive denials, adjustments, etc.; penalties. (a) Each insurer, health service corporation, and health benefit plan that issues or renews any policy of accident or health insurance providing benefits for medical or hospital expenses for its insured persons shall pay for services rendered by Alabama health care providers within 45 calendar days upon receipt of a clean written claim or 30 calendar days upon receipt of a clean electronic claim. Section 25-4-78 Disqualifications for benefits. An individual shall be disqualified for total or partial unemployment for any of the following: (1) LABOR DISPUTE IN PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. For any week in which an individual's total or partial unemployment is directly due to a labor dispute still in active progress in the establishment in which he or she is or was last employed. (a) The Alabama Public Transportation Trust Fund is created in the State Treasury for the distribution of designated funds appropriated by the Legislature or collected from grants or other sources for the purpose of increasing public transportation options across the State of Alabama.
