Section 45-8A-22.124 Eligible rollover distribution; direct rollover. (a) Rollovers Generally. (1) Notwithstanding any provision of the plan to the contrary that would otherwise limit a distributee's election under this section, a distributee may elect, at the time and in the manner prescribed by the retirement board, to have any portion of an eligible rollover distribution paid directly to an eligible retirement plan specified by the distributee in a direct rollover. Section 26-16-30 Creation of fund; purpose; investment; disposition. (a) The Children's Trust Fund is created as a separate fund in the State Treasury. The function of the Children's Trust Fund shall be to serve as a permanent trust pursuant to Section 26-16-8, and as an investment account for the earnings and funds received by the Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board pursuant to Sections 26-16-8, 26-16-31, and 26-16-30(e).
