Section 4-3-14 Issuance and sale of bonds by authority; form, denominations, terms,
etc., of bonds. The authority shall have the power and is hereby authorized at any time and
from time to time to issue and sell its interest-bearing revenue bonds for any of its corporate
purposes. The principal of and the interest on all such bonds shall be payable solely from,
and may be secured by a pledge of, the revenues derived by the authority from the operation
of any or all of its airports, heliports, facilities and other property. None of the bonds
issued or contracts entered into by the authority shall ever constitute or create an obligation
or debt of the state or of any county, city or town within the state, or a charge against

Section 11-54-88 Additional powers as to pollution control facilities. (a)(1) In addition
to all other powers at any time conferred on them by law, each industrial development board
shall have the following powers: a. To acquire, whether by construction, purchase, exchange,

Section 22-21-324 Use of proceeds. (a) The principal proceeds derived from any borrowing
made by an authority shall be used solely for the purpose or purposes for which such borrowing
was authorized to be made. If any securities are issued for the purpose of financing costs

Section 22-3A-18 Investment of proceeds from bond sale; when authorized; application
of income. Prior to the completion of all public health facilities described in Section
22-3A-19, any portion of the principal proceeds derived from the sale of the bonds which the
board of directors may determine is not then needed for any of the purposes for which the
bonds are authorized to be issued shall, on order of the authority, be invested by the State
