Section 7-9A-102 Definitions and index of definitions. (a) Article 9A definitions. In this article: (1) "Accession" means goods that are physically united with other goods in such a manner that the identity of the original goods is not lost. Section 36-11-1 Persons subject to impeachment and removal from office; grounds for impeachment generally. Section 41-9-340 Creation; composition; qualifications, appointment, terms of office and removal of members; vacancies. (a) There is hereby created a state commission to be known as the "USS Alabama Battleship Commission." The membership of the commission shall consist of 18 competent and qualified citizens of Alabama.
