Section 37-1-13 Employees - Penalty for divulging certain information. Any regular or special employee of the Public Service Commission who divulges any fact or information coming to his knowledge respecting any inspection, examination or investigation of any account, record, memorandum, book or paper, or of the property and facilities of a utility, except insofar as he may be authorized by the commission or a court of competent jurisdiction, or a judge thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not more than $1,000.00.
