Section 36-7-41 Promulgation, etc., of rules and regulations as to eligibility for reimbursement of expenses and amount thereof; procedure for reimbursement; source of funds. The chief executive officer of the state department or agency is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations necessary to determine the eligibility of the employee for reimbursement of actual moving expenses and the amount to be paid, not to exceed the amount permitted under Section 36-7-40. Such rules and regulations may be amended, supplemented or changed at the discretion of the chief executive officer of the state department or agency in keeping with the needs of his department. Section 36-25-1 Definitions. Whenever used in this chapter, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings: (1) BUSINESS. Section 32-5A-191.4 Ignition interlock devices. (a) As used in Section 32-5A-191, the term, "ignition interlock device" means a constant monitoring device that prevents a motor vehicle from being started at any time without first determining the equivalent blood alcohol level of the operator through the taking of a breath sample for testing. The system shall be calibrated so that the motor vehicle may not be started if the blood alcohol level of the operator, as measured by the test, reaches a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.02. (b) The ignition interlock device shall be installed, calibrated, and monitored directly by trained technicians who shall train the offender for whom the device is being installed in the proper use of the device.
