Section 37-1-11 Salaries and expense allowances of commissioners. Subject to the provisions of this section, the President of the Public Service Commission and each of the Associate Commissioners of the Public Service Commission shall continue to receive the annual salary and the monthly expense allowance in the amount set by law on April 25, 1994. Effective at the beginning of the next term of office of any member of the commission, the President of the Public Service Commission shall receive a salary of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) per year and the Associate Commissioners of the Public Service Commission shall receive a salary of seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) per year, and shall not receive a monthly expense allowance.
