Section 36-6-50 Persons eligible for salary increase; restrictions and conditions; authority
to transfer funds to pay for salary increase. Beginning with the first pay day on or after

of the State of Alabama which has a population of 400,000 or more people according to the
last or any future federal census, there shall be a personnel board for the government and
control by rules and regulations and practices hereinafter set out or authorized of all employees

Section 11-3A-2 Powers for public welfare, health, and safety; authorization; scope. (a) Except
where otherwise specifically prohibited or provided for either heretofore or hereafter by

Compact. The Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact is hereby enacted
into law and entered into with all other jurisdictions legally joining therein in form substantially
