Section 9-8A-3 Commission - Members and officers; terms of office; vacancies; compensation and expenses; meetings; quorum; record of proceedings; copies of proceedings as evidence; members and officers not personally liable. The Governor shall, upon receipt by him of the tentative budget provided for by Section 41-4-86, make provision for public hearings thereon not later than two weeks prior to the convening of the next ensuing regular business session of the Legislature.
