Section 40-2A-4 Taxpayers' bill of rights. (a) Rights of the taxpayer. (1) For purposes of
this subsection and subsections (c) and (d), the term "department" shall include
the Department of Revenue, a self-administered county or municipality, or a private examining
or collecting firm, depending on whether the Department of Revenue, a self-administered county

Section 45-29-90.11 Regulation of zoning, planning, and construction. For the purpose of promoting
the health, safety, morals, convenience, environment order, prosperity, and general welfare,
all power and authority regarding zoning and planning within the management area is hereby

by suit to enjoin the manufacture, use, display, or sale of any counterfeits or imitations
thereof and any court of competent jurisdiction may grant injunctions to restrain such manufacture,
