Section 25-14-9 Written contract; rights and duties of clients; employees, and professional employer organizations. (a) All professional employer organization arrangements shall have a written contract between the client and the professional employer organization recognizing the rights, responsibilities, and duties of each party. Section 41-14A-3 Public deposits to be secured; exemptions. (a) On and after January 1, 2001: (1) All public deposits of all covered public entities and covered public officials shall be governed by this chapter and shall be secured as provided in this chapter. (a) When, upon hearing, the circuit court having jurisdiction of a receivership shall determine it to be in the best interest of the policyholders and the public, the court may order and direct the receiver to reinsure the policies of the insurer with a solvent insurer to the extent of the assets available in the receivership.
