in this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings: (1) OFFER AND

Section 16-33B-4 Basic powers and duties of the Alabama Commission on Higher Education
for the Alabama Guaranteed Student Loan Program. (a) Basic powers. The Alabama Commission

Section 22-21-260 Definitions. As used in this article, the following words and terms,
and the plurals thereof, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section,

Section 25-5-1 Definitions. Throughout this chapter, the following words and phrases
as used therein shall be considered to have the following meanings, respectively, unless the

Section 27-42-8 Powers and duties. (a) The association shall: (1)a. Be obligated to
pay covered claims existing prior to the order of liquidation arising within 30 days after
the order of liquidation, or before the policy expiration date if less than 30 days after

State Service Commissioner shall submit to the State Board of Veterans' Affairs for its approval
an annual budget of all funds appropriated by the Legislature to the department for the specific

full, complete, and exclusive jurisdiction over the program and shall allocate funds from
