Section 25-4-118 Cooperation with state and federal agencies, institutions of higher
education, public and law enforcement officials, etc.; penalty for wrongfully securing or
misusing information. (a) In the administration of this chapter, the secretary shall cooperate
to the fullest extent consistent with the provisions of this chapter with the U.S. Secretary
of Labor and his successors, and the Federal Internal Revenue Service, and, notwithstanding
any other provisions of this chapter, shall make such reports in such form and containing
such information as either may from time to time require, and shall comply with such provisions

Section 25-4-70 Accrual; time and manner of payment; services in employ of Indian tribe.
(a) After contributions have been due under this chapter for two years, benefits shall become
payable from the fund to any employee who thereafter is or becomes unemployed and eligible
for benefits, and shall be paid through unemployment offices or such other agencies at such

Section 25-4-75 Extension of benefit period. (a) Applicability of section. Notwithstanding
any other provisions of this chapter, the duration of benefits as provided in Section
25-4-74 shall be extended as provided in this section. (b) Definitions. As used in

from the Governor or Legislature made pursuant to Section 31-9-8, and a proclamation

following rules shall apply for all distributions from the recovery fund for purposes set
out in this section: (1) Distributions may not be used for state emergency response
and relief efforts, except as determined appropriate pursuant to rules adopted by the committee

Section 40-18-39 Corporate returns. (a) Except as provided in subsection (c), every
corporation, joint stock company, or association subject to income tax under this chapter
shall file a return with the Department of Revenue for each taxable year, stating specifically
the items of its gross income and the deductions and credits allowed by this chapter. In cases
where receivers, trustees in bankruptcy, or assignees are operating the property or business
of corporations, such receivers, trustees, or assignees shall file returns for such corporations
