Section 16-22-10 Salary increases for certain public education employees; two-year colleges salary schedule upgrade; miscellaneous pay provisions. (a) The State Budget Officer shall allocate to the State Board of Education, the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, the Board of Youth Services Department District, the Alabama School of Math and Science, and the Alabama School of Fine Arts for disbursement to the employees thereof funds based on the following criteria. It is the intent of the Legislature that this section does not make appropriations. (1) KINDERGARTEN THROUGH GRADE 12 (K-12). The annual retirement benefit payable to a judge retiring pursuant to subdivisions (2) through (5) of subsection (a) of Section 12-18-55 shall be 75 percent of the salary payable by the state to district judges on the date such judge retires.
