Section 16-22-13.2 Fiscal year 2002-2003 adjustments. (a) Pay increases, FY 2002-2003. The State Budget Officer shall allocate to the State Board of Education, the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, the Board of Youth Services School District, the Board of Directors of the Alabama School of Fine Arts, and the Board of Trustees of the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science for disbursement to the employees thereof funds based on the criteria established in this section. It is not the intent of this section to make appropriations, but the appropriations required by this section shall be made in the annual budget act for the public schools and colleges. Section 45-39-200 License commissioner - Compensation. (a) There is hereby created the office of County License Commissioner in Lauderdale County, Alabama. No later than 30 days from May 17, 1979, the legislative delegation representing Lauderdale County, by a majority vote thereof, shall appoint a county license commissioner who shall serve for a term expiring on the first Monday after the second Tuesday in January 1981. (a) In Etowah County, there is levied a one cent ($0.01) county sales and use tax in all areas of the county, which may become effective no sooner than January 1, 1996.
