Section 16-47-122 Board of Medical Scholarship Awards - Composition; terms of members; chairman. (a) The Board of Medical Scholarship Awards shall be composed of three members of the Board of Censors of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama, the Executive Officer of the State Board of Health, the dean of each school of medicine in Alabama or his designee, the chairman of the admissions committee of each school of medicine in Alabama and two members appointed by the Governor for four-year terms, one of whom shall be a member of the State of Alabama Senate and the other a member of the State of Alabama House of Representatives. The terms of the legislative members shall be concurrent with their legislative terms. (a) There is hereby created the Alabama Family Trust Board of Trustees, which shall be an instrumentality of the state. (a)(1) Annually, on or before February 1, the Alabama Justice Information Commission, shall submit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and Governor a written report that includes all of the following: a.
