Section 45-49-151.17 Disposition of funds. (a) All fees, commissions, taxes, and other monies, including fines and forfeitures, received under this subpart shall be paid to the racing commission and shall be remitted by it to the county treasurer for deposit in the county treasury to the account of the Mobile County Racing Commission as directed by the racing commission. All monies remaining after payment of the expenses incurred in the administration of this subpart including, but not limited to, the payment of the salaries and expenses of the members and employees of the racing commission, and subject to any reserves for contingencies as the racing commission shall direct, shall be distributed by the county treasurer monthly as follows: (1) Until the capital improvement fund has accumulated four million two hundred thousand dollars ($4,200,000): Forty percent to the University of South Alabama for the use of the medical school; 10 percent to S. Section 40-17-350 Transportation of motor fuel; inspections. (a) Each person operating a refinery or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent. Failure to comply with this subsection may result in a department imposed penalty of not less than five hundred dollars ($500) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), to be multiplied by the sum of the current violation plus prior violations of this subsection. There is hereby created the Alabama Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund, hereinafter referred to as the "fund," to be administered by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Retirement Systems of Alabama. Section 45-35A-53 Dothan City Board of Education. (a) There is established a school board for the City of Dothan, Alabama, which board shall be called the Dothan City Board of Education. Members of the board shall be elected by vote of the qualified electors of the City of Dothan.
