Section 16-22-14 Personnel records of education employees. (a) Definitions. When used in this section, the following words shall have the following meanings: (1) EMPLOYEE. Any person employed by a school board. (2) EXECUTIVE OFFICER. The superintendent of any public county or city school system; the President of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind; the president of any two-year school or college under the auspices of the State Board of Education; the Superintendent of the Department of Youth Services School District; the Executive Director of the Alabama School of Fine Arts; and the Executive Director of the Alabama High School of Mathematics and Science. (3) LOCAL EDUCATION AGENCY PERSONNEL SYSTEM (LEAPS). Section 23-6-8 Bonds of corporation; annual appropriation from state Public Road and Bridge Fund. (a) The bonds of the corporation shall be signed by its president and attested by its secretary and the seal of the corporation shall be affixed thereto or a facsimile thereof printed or otherwise reproduced thereon. Section 11-91A-5 Meetings; quorum; reimbursement of expenses; board as body corporate. (a) The organizational meeting of the board shall be set no later than October 1, 2014, by the Chief Executive Officer of the SEIB. Section 34-14A-7 Applications for issuance or renewal of license; records; inactive license. (a) Any residential home builder who desires to receive a new or renewal license under this chapter shall make and file with the board 30 days prior to the next meeting of the board a written application on a form prescribed by the board.
