Section 41-9-471 Composition; appointment, qualifications, terms, compensation and removal of members; filling of vacancies; chairman; annual meetings; quorum; executive committee; adoption of rules and regulations. The commission created herein shall consist of 18 members, to be appointed by the Governor, who shall be bona fide residents and qualified voters of this state, at least six of whom shall be residents of Talladega County. The remaining members of the commission shall be appointed from throughout the state in such manner as to provide general statewide representation on the commission.
