Section 38-9D-3 Alabama Interagency Council for the Prevention of Elder Abuse. There is created the Alabama Interagency Council for the Prevention of Elder Abuse. The members of the council shall include, but not be limited to, the following: (1) The chief executive officer, or his or her designee, of each of the following participating agencies and organizations: a. The agreement on detainers is hereby enacted into law and entered into by the State of Alabama with any and all jurisdictions legally joining therein, in the form substantially as follows: AGREEMENT ON DETAINERS The contracting states solemnly agree that: Article I. (a) The party states hereby create and establish a joint public entity known as the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators.
