Section 26-16-30 Creation of fund; purpose; investment; disposition. (a) The Children's Trust
Fund is created as a separate fund in the State Treasury. The function of the Children's Trust
Fund shall be to serve as a permanent trust pursuant to Section 26-16-8, and as an investment
account for the earnings and funds received by the Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board
pursuant to Sections 26-16-8, 26-16-31, and 26-16-30(e). (b) The State Treasurer shall credit
to the trust fund all amounts appropriated for this purpose under this article and any amounts
received under Section 26-16-8. (c) The State Treasurer shall invest trust fund money in the
same manner as funds are invested pursuant to Section 16-33C-6. Earnings shall be credited

Section 16-3-31 Gifts may be accepted on conditions. The State Board of Education may accept
the administration of property, money or other thing of value donated in trust for the benefit
of any public school of the state upon such conditions as may be acceptable to the donor and
the State Board of Education, but no undertaking entered into by the State Board of Education
with such donor shall bind the state to pay any public moneys to anyone. Nothing hereunder
shall prevent the State Board of Education from undertaking payments to persons out of the
proceeds derived from such trust funds as a condition of the acceptance of a donation for

public, no person in either public or private capacity shall practice or offer to practice

Section 34-2-41 Fund of the Board for the Registration of Architects; compensation of members;
expenses; bond. The executive director of the board shall receive and account for all moneys
derived from the operation of this chapter. Such moneys shall be certified into the treasury

for in this chapter shall be paid to the board and, upon collection thereof, shall be deposited
in the State Treasury to the credit of the Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy, except
