Section 36-25-27 Penalties; enforcement; jurisdiction, venue, judicial review; limitations period. (a)(1) Except as otherwise provided, any person subject to this chapter who intentionally violates any provision of this chapter other than those for which a separate penalty is provided for in this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class B felony. (2) Any person subject to this chapter who violates any provision of this chapter other than those for which a separate penalty is provided for in this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Section 34-13-56 Grounds for revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew licenses, etc.; hearing; fines. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for violation of this chapter.
