Section 36-25-4 State Ethics Commission - Duties; complaint; investigation; hearings; fees; finding of violation. (a) The commission shall do all of the following: (1) Prescribe forms for statements required to be filed by this chapter and make the forms available to persons required to file such statements. (2) Prepare guidelines setting forth recommended uniform methods of reporting for use by persons required to file statements required by this chapter. (3) Accept and file any written information voluntarily supplied that exceeds the requirements of this chapter. (4) Develop, where practicable, a filing, coding, and cross-indexing system consistent with the purposes of this chapter. (5) Make reports and statements filed with the commission available during regular business hours and online via the Internet to public inquiry subject to such regulations as the commission may prescribe. Section 9-11-12 Violations of fish and game laws - Fees of arresting officers. When an arrest for a violation of the provisions of the game and fish laws is made by a salaried officer and the defendant is convicted, there shall be taxed, as cost, the same fee as a sheriff in the state is entitled to for similar services and which, if collected from the defendant, shall be immediately remitted by the trial court directly to the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources, and said fee shall be used for the purpose of the administration of the Division of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Section 12-15-215 Disposition of delinquent children or children in need of supervision generally. (a) If the juvenile court finds on proof beyond a reasonable doubt, based upon competent, material, and relevant evidence, that a child committed the acts by reason of which the child is alleged to be delinquent or in need of supervision, it may proceed immediately to hear evidence as to whether the child is in need of care or rehabilitation and to file its findings thereon.
