Section 34-24-536 Enforcement of interstate compact. (a) The interstate commission, in the reasonable exercise of its discretion, shall enforce the provisions and rules of the compact. (a) Except as provided by subsection (e), an incapacitated person or any person interested in the welfare of the incapacitated person may petition for appointment of a limited or general guardian.
