Section 34-43-15 Complaints; grounds for suspension; revocation, etc., of license; penalties; rulemaking authority. (a) Any person may file with the board a written and signed complaint regarding an allegation of impropriety by a licensee, establishment, or person. Complaints shall be made in the manner prescribed by the board. Complaints received by the board shall be referred to a standing investigative committee consisting of a board member, the Executive Director, the board attorney, and the board investigator. If no probable cause is found, the investigative committee may dismiss the charges and prepare a statement, in writing, of the reasons for the decision. (b) If probable cause is found, the board shall initiate an administrative proceeding. Section 34-14-9 Complaint and hearing; appeal; disciplinary actions. (a) Any person wishing to make a complaint against a licensee or apprentice under this chapter shall reduce the same to writing and file his or her complaint with the board within one year from the date of the action upon which the complaint is based. Section 40-29A-3 Tax amnesty program. (a) The department shall develop and implement a tax amnesty program in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. The commissioner may provide by rule as necessary for the administration and implementation of the program. The commissioner shall publicize the program in order to maximize the public awareness of and participation in the program. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
