Section 21-3A-4 Composition; appointment and duties of members. (a) For the purposes of implementing
this chapter, the Governor shall appoint the Interagency Coordinating Council. The council
shall consist of not less than 15 members nor more than the number allowed by regulation.
(b) The Governor shall designate a member of the council to serve as the chair, or shall require
the council to designate a member to serve as the chair. (c) The council shall be composed
as follows: (1) At least 20 percent of the members shall be parents, including minority parents,
of infants and toddlers with disabilities or children with disabilities aged 12 or younger.
At least one member shall be a parent of an infant or toddler with a disability or a child
with a disability aged 6 or younger. (2) At least 20 percent of the members shall be public
or private providers of early intervention services. (3) One representative from the Alabama

Section 22-14-31 Fingerprints; search of criminal records by department; fees. Any person,
firm or corporation referred to in Section 22-14-30 shall submit to the Alabama State Law
Enforcement Agency two sets of classifiable fingerprints of each person for whom a criminal
history record inquiry is required. Fingerprints shall be submitted upon cards of such type
as the department may require. The department shall search its criminal history files or the
criminal history files of any other state agency to which it has access and return the results
of its records search to the submitting employer. The director shall set and collect a reasonable

Section 22-57-3 Definitions. For purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the
following meanings: (1) AUTISM SERVICES. Any developmental services that include all of the

in the State Military Department a revolving fund for the payment of operating and maintaining

Section 38-3-24 Meetings; rules and regulations. The Alabama Senior Citizens Hall of Fame shall
meet at least once annually to award new memberships and it may hold other meetings as it
feels necessary to carry out its purpose. The time and place of meetings shall be designated

income tax return form for the 2010 tax year and each year thereafter shall contain a designation
