Child Death Review Team, referred to in this article as the state team. (b) The state team

Section 22-35-4 Alabama Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund. There is hereby
created the Alabama Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Trust Fund, hereinafter referred
to as the "fund," to be administered by the Secretary-Treasurer of the Retirement
Systems of Alabama. The fund shall be used by the department as a revolving fund for carrying

a death under investigation is one described in Section 45-2-61.03, the coroner may, and upon
request, shall be assisted by a state medical examiner in the Alabama Department of Forensic
Sciences, as necessary, to help determine the cause and manner of death or to provide other
