Section 41-6-76 Collection of fees for services rendered by department; Archives Services Fund. (a) The department may collect fees for certain services rendered by the department, including, but not limited to the following: (1) SEARCH AND HANDLING FEES. These fees shall include, but not limited to, fees for conducting research for requests from outside the state and for handling all requests for reproducing special format materials. (2) RECORDS CENTER AND MICROGRAPHICS STORAGE AND SERVICE FEES. These fees shall be collected from government agencies for storage, retrieval, and reproduction of nonpermanent records in the records center and for the security storage of microfilm. One year's notice shall be given to any agency prior to implementation of a storage fee. Section 45-11-80.01 Additional court costs; Public Safety Technology Fund. (a) In all criminal, quasi-criminal, and traffic cases in district, circuit, and municipal courts in Chilton County, there shall be taxed as costs an additional ten dollars ($10) in each case. The additional court costs shall be collected in all cases where the defendant is adjudged guilty, a bond forfeited, a penalty imposed, or where there is issued any alias or capias warrant of arrest. After the current expense budgets have been adopted and before the beginning of the fiscal year the head of each department, office, and agency, shall submit to the mayor in such form as he or she shall prescribe a work program which shall show the requested allotments of the appropriations for such department, office, or agency for the entire fiscal year by monthly or quarterly periods as the mayor may direct. Section 25-4-40.1 Employment Security Enhancement Fund. (a) Retroactive to April 1, 1992, there is hereby placed upon all wages so defined in Section 25-4-16, paid to employees by employers subject to pay contributions as provided in Sections 25-4-51 and 25-4-54, except as is hereinafter provided in this section, a special assessment of 0.06 percent (six one-hundredths of one percent) of such wages.
