Section 10A-2A-2.07 Forum selection provisions. (a) The certificate of incorporation or the
bylaws may require that any or all internal corporate claims shall be brought exclusively
in any specified court or courts of this state and, if so specified, in any additional courts
in this state or in any other jurisdictions with which the corporation has a reasonable relationship.
(b) A provision of the certificate of incorporation or bylaws adopted under subsection (a)
shall not have the effect of conferring jurisdiction on any court or over any person or claim,
and shall not apply if none of the courts specified by that provision has the requisite personal
and subject matter jurisdiction. If the court or courts of this state specified in a provision
adopted under subsection (a) do not have the requisite personal and subject matter jurisdiction
and another court of this state does have jurisdiction, then the internal corporate claim

Section 11-92A-23 Special reserve funds and applications for appropriations. (a) In addition
to all other powers at any time conferred upon an authority by law, an authority may, in connection
with the issuance of any bonds hereunder, create and establish one or more special debt service
reserve funds (a "debt service reserve fund"), and may pay or cause to be paid into
each debt service reserve fund (i) proceeds from bonds issued pursuant hereto to the extent
provided by the authority authorizing the issuance thereof; (ii) any moneys appropriated and
made available by the Legislature for the purpose of such fund; and (iii) any other moneys
that may be made available to the authority from any other source for the purpose of such

Section 22-30D-5 Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund. (a) There is hereby
created the Alabama Drycleaning Environmental Response Trust Fund, hereinafter referred to
as the "fund." The fund as so created shall be administered and used by the board
as a drycleaning industry self-insurance program for the benefit of those persons electing
to be covered by this chapter within the time(s) specified in accordance with the provision
of this chapter and as a revolving fund for carrying out the purposes of this chapter. To
the fund shall be credited all registration fees collected by the Department of Revenue, which
monies shall be credited to the fund pursuant to this chapter and invested as permitted by
law by the State Treasurer for the benefit of the fund. Charges against the fund shall be

Section 12-25-38 Revocation of post-release supervision status. (a) Offenders who fail to comply
with the conditions of post-release supervision as specified by the Board of Pardons and Paroles
may have their release status revoked. (b) At any time during the period of post-release supervision,
the Board of Pardons and Paroles may issue a warrant and may cause the offender to be arrested
